Ryan Nycole Henderson of Box Elder, 20, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, minor in possession, wrong way driving and having an open container in the city Sunday at 1:18 a.m. on Third Avenue.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation after an MSU-Northern caller made a complaint Sunday at 1:29 a.m.

Samuel Linden Tapia of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street establishment caller reported Sunday at 2:04 a.m. that a disturbance was happening.

Officers investigated after a 14th Street caller reported Sunday at 10:49 a.m. a hit and run motor vehicle crash.

Rachel Diane Hawley of Havre, 35, was arrested on a probation violation charge after a Third Avenue business caller reported Sunday at 10:25 p.m. that a woman who was on probation was in the casino.

Kennedy Patricia Sanchez of Havre, 22, was arrested on an obstructing a peace officer or other public servant charge today at 12:06 a.m. on Fifth Avenue.

Cody Curtis Donoven of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and speeding during a motor vehicle stop today at 2:58 a.m. on Boulevard Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made an arrest after a motor vehicle stop Friday at 2:10 p.m. at Box Elder Elementary School. No further information was available.

Brandon James Sutherland of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 9:44 p.m. near a U.S. Highway 87 business.

Deputies investigated a Sunday 3:07 p.m. report from a Box Elder business that the caller's brother's car was stolen.

Frank Joseph Runningfisher of Great Falls, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday at 4:10 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

John Baptiste Wolfchief of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on two charges of partner or family member assault, nonaggravated, and two charges of PFMA, aggravated, after deputies were called to a disturbance on County Road 100 South Sunday at 5:31 a.m.

Deputies investigated after a Bitterroot Trailer Court caller asked Sunday at 8:18 p.m. to speak to an officer.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to six calls Saturday and four Sunday.

Fire crews responded Friday at 7:45 p.m. to a report of a fire on the 2100 Block of Second Street West. The smoke was coming from a wood burning stove that was contained. No further action was necessary.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning five medium-haired, one short-haired and a Himalayan cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, two male shepherds and a Chihuahua.
