Havre High brings 'Tarzan' from Broadway to the Hi-Line

Musical production set for two-week run at Havre High School Theatre

Marcee Murphy, playing Jane, and Aylan Pratt, playing Tarzan, rehearse a scene of the Havre High School production of Disney's "Tarzan" Tuesday in the Havre High School Theatre. The play opens Friday at 7:30 p.m. with performances at 7:30 p.m. this Saturday as well as Friday and Saturday Nov. 17-18. Matinees will be 2 p.m. this Saturday as well as Saturday, Nov. 18.

The Havre High School drama department is bringing the jungles of Africa from Broadway to the high school this and next weekend with its production of Disney's "Tarzan"

The Broadway play is an adaptation of the 1999 Disney movie "Tarzan," based on Edgar Rice Burroughs' 1912 novel "Tarzan of the Apes."
