Ratliff, McKinney win Havre council seats

Haider retains seat in Chinook

Two new members were elected to the Havre City Council and an incumbent in Chinook was elected to a second term in Tuesday's city elections.

Lindsey Ratliff, a Havre High School art and social studies teacher, defeated ophthalmologist Marc Whitacre 346 to 313 votes in the race for the Ward 3 seat.

Incumbent Jay Pyette did not run for re-election.
