Colt Ryan Billy of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after he reported Wednesday at 7:25 a.m. that his girlfriend tried to stab him.

Officers investigated after a Ninth Avenue Northwest caller reported Wednesday at 12:48 p.m. that a mother and daughter were fighting.

Officers investigated after a Washington Avenue caller requested Wednesday at 1:05 p.m to speak to an officer about a past theft.

Officers investigated a non-injury motor vehicle crash between a Ford Explorer and a Chevrolet pickup truck that was reported Wednesday at 1:12 p.m. by a caller on First Street.

Officers issued a 12-year-old a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a Havre Middle School employee reported Wednesday at 3:08 p.m. that a marijuana pipe had been found.

Officers investigated after a Child Protective Services caller reported Wednesday at 3:16 p.m. that she needed to speak to an officer about finding someone.

Officers investigated after a 17th Street caller reported Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. a possible disturbance in a silver Chevrolet pickup in which there may be a child.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested June Marie Sutherland of Helena, 39, on a Justice or City court warrant Wednesday at 10:15 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies arrested Rick Douglas Green Sky of Post Falls, Idaho, 60, on a Justice or City court warrant Wednesday at 10:49 a.m. at the HCDC.

Deputies arrested Danae Infante of Havre, 31, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday at 5:54 p.m. at the HCDC.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to five calls Wednesday and one today.

Fire crews responded Wednesday at 5:43 p.m. at the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue where someone had burned some food and activated the smoke alarm. No one was hurt and no damage was caused. No further action was necessary.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning six medium-haired, one long-haired and one short-haired cats.
