Matthew Joseph Saddler of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of violation of conditions of release in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety program violation Wednesday at 8:35 a.m.

An officer serving warrants in the Havre area Wednesday at 9:43 a.m. made three arrests. A 17-year-old was arrested on charges of possession with intent to sell, three counts of possession of dangerous drugs, use of property subject to criminal forfeiture, obstructing justice and possession of drug paraphernalia; Rikki Lynn Horn of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of possession with intent to sell, three counts of possession of dangerous drugs, use of property subject to criminal forfeiture, obstructing justice and possession of drug paraphernalia; and a 16-year-old was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drug, obstructing justice and possession of drug paraphernalia

Officers investigated a Wednesday 5:46 p.m. report from Carpenter Park that the caller had been “jumped” and someone stole his iPod.

Timothy Shawn Anderson of Havre, 27, was arrested on charges of careless driving and driving under the influence, undetermined level, after caller reported at 10:16 p.m. Wednesday from First Street and Third Avenue that a white pickup almost hit her and her husband.

Officers investigated a Wednesday 10:46 p.m. complaint from U.S. Highway 2 East.

Officers investigated a Thursday 1:18 a.m. request from Montana State University-Northern that someone be removed.

A caller reported Thursday at 11:19 a.m. that someone is living in the tepee set up in the parking lot of a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business. The officer who initiated a followup tepee check at 12:13 a.m. today said bedding was still inside the structure.

Officers investigated a 12:32 p.m. Thursday report from a Third Street organization that graffiti had been sprayed on the building in the alley.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a Tuesday 4:02 p.m. complaint from the Box Elder area that the caller’s friend had money taken from her and was possibly run over.

Jeremiah Robert Hanson of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87 Tuesday at 5:53 p.m.

Dakota Blackelk Houle of Box Elder, 21, and Makray Lane Demontiney of Box Elder, 29, were each arrested on state District Court warrants served by deputies at the county jail Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Auorahem Jatoo Safar of West Bloomfield, Michigan, 24, was arrested on two charges of assault after deputies were called to a U.S. Highway 87 business Wednesday at 8:27 a.m. on a report of assault.

Clayton Blade White of Minot, North Dakota, 22, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and trespass to property after a U.S. Highway 87 establishment called in a complaint Wednesday at 11:37 a.m.

June Marie Sutherland of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and trespass to property after a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter Wednesday at 1:33 p.m.

Deputies investigated a Wednesday 2:29 p.m. report of a theft from a westside storage unit.

Deputies at the county jail were asked Wednesday at 3:42 p.m. to help with recovery of property.

Deputies investigated a 7:57 p.m. Wednesday report of tires being slashed at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Steven Robert Schwarzrock of Chinook, 25, was arrested on a charge of DUI during a Thursday 2:23 a.m. vehicle stop on First Street.

Lawson McClain-Bruns of Deland, FLorida, 27, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller at Havre City-County Airport reported Thursday at 6:47 a.m. finding a green leafy substance in a bag.

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Wednesday and one Thursday.
