Officers arrested two people after a First Street Northeast caller reported Saturday at 1:57 a.m. that people were arguing. Melinda Rae Healy of Hays, 32, and Ryan Keith Jefferson of Havre, 29, were each arrested on charges of partner or family member assault.

Officers arrested David Taylor Eagleman of Havre, 57, on three Justice or City court warrants Saturday at 12:52 p.m. on First Street.

Officers investigated after an 11th Street West caller reported Saturday at 1:54 p.m. that someone was breaking light bulbs.

Officers arrested Jesse Lee Schoening of Havre, 28, on a criminal contempt charge in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Saturday at 8:07 p.m. at the police department.

Officers investigated after a Heritage Drive caller reported Saturday at 8:42 p.m. that they’d like to speak to an officer about the welfare of her juvenile sons.

Officers arrested Andrew Robert Krezlak of Havre, 39, on charges of sexual assault and assault after a First Street establishment caller reported Saturday at 10:55 p.m. that he needed to reported something that happened at the bar that night.

Officers issued five summonses after a caller near 10th Street and Third Avenue reported Saturday at 11:26 p.m. that people were fighting by the apartment. A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct, minor in possession and driving under the influence, a 16-year-old was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge and a 14-, a 16- and an 18-year-old were each issued a summons on MIP charges.

Officers investigated a burglary after someone near Sixth Avenue flagged an officer down Sunday at 8:44 a.m.

Officers arrested Leteaya Rose Murie of Rocky Boy, 19, on a theft charge and on two Justice or City court warrants after a First Street business caller reported Sunday at 12:25 p.m. that someone had stolen hot deli items.

Officers arrested Darnell Kay Champagne of Box Elder, 38, on a partner or family member assault charge after a Ninth Avenue business caller reported Sunday at 4:36 p.m. that a man and woman were arguing.

Officers arrested David Austin Corcoran of Havre, 27, on a Justice or City court warrant during a motor vehicle stop Sunday at 5:30 p.m. on Fourth Avenue.

Officers arrested Kale C. Garfield of Havre, 32, on a partner or family member assault and a Justice or City court warrant after an 11th Street West caller reported Sunday at 7:56 p.m. that she had an argument with her boyfriend and he pushed her down.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made an arrest at the Hill County Sheriff’s Office at 12:25 p.m. Friday under the heading “Drug Offenses” on the dispatch log, but no details of the arrest were provided in the log.

After law enforcement dispatchers received two 911 hangup calls from a house near Box Elder on U.S. Highway 87, deputies at 9:08 p.m. Friday arrested Fabian Joel Saddler of Box Elder, 41, on a charge of theft.

Deputies served a City or Justice Court warrant on Silas Leland Gray of Havre, 36, at the Hill County Detention Center at 4:38 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies investigated a call made from Rudyard at 5 p.m Saturday in which the caller said someone had stolen a package.

After a caller from Rudyard requested assistance at 8:17 p.m. Sunday, deputies issued a summons to Christine Louise Hostetler of Rudyard, 54, on a charge of criminal trespass to property.

Emergency medical crews responded to four calls Friday, one Saturday, four Sunday and one today.

The animal shelter held this morning five medium-haired, one long-haired and two short-haired cats.
