National Alliance on Mental Illness-Havre is offering a 12-session Family-to-Family education program to help caregivers understand and support individuals with serious mental illness while maintaining their own well-being.

The program is free for family members, partners and friends of people with major depression; bipolar disorder, also known as manic depression; schizophrenia; borderline personality disorder; panic disorder; obsessive compulsive disorder; post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD; co-occurring brain disorders; and addictive disorders.
