Officers investigated after a First Street Northeast caller reported Thursday at 7:42 a.m. that a disturbance was taking place.

Officers issued summonses to two people Thursday after a First Street Northeast caller reported at 1:35 p.m. that people were arguing. Martin Dale Weaselboy of Havre, 59, and Noreen Gaye Daychild of Havre, 51, were each issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge.
