Everett was born Feb. 26, 1930, in Havre to Theodore and Allena Larson. He married Ellanora "Red" Gomke Aug. 19, 1950, and they had three children. They celebrated their 47th anniversary before Red passed away in 1996. Everett worked as a mechanic for the Montana Department of Transportation for 35 years, and after his retirement he opened Larson's Auto Repair. In addition to his full-time job, Everett worked with his brother Earl on the farm for several years.

He was an avid hunter, fisherman, loved the outdoors, and riding his motorcycle. He enjoyed many family campouts and get-togethers with friends and family in the Bear Paws. He was a very helpful person, always available to lend a hand. PJ's Coffee Club was a favorite pastime for him, and he was a member of the Havre Eagles' Club for 48 years, where he enjoyed dancing on the weekends.

Everett was preceded in death by his wife, Red Larson; his parents, Theodore and Allena Larson; his brothers, Earl, Vernon and Edwin Larson; and two sisters, Lorna Wattam and Cleo Cox.

He is survived by his three children, Linda Larson, Larry Larson, and Janet (Wade) Nelson, all of Havre; his eight grandchildren, Michele, Douglas, Brenda, Karen, Shari, Lisa, Nick, and Kallie; his seven great-grandchildren, Craig, Amber, Alex, Piper, Theodore, Emma, Parker, Talan and Maci; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
