Officers investigated after a South Dell Drive caller reported Friday at 6:01 a.m. that a car crashed into a tree in his yard, there was no one in the vehicle and footprints leaving the area could be seen.

Officers investigated after a Sixth Street North caller reported Friday at 11:20 a.m. that she had gotten into a motor vehicle crash and walked home.

Officers investigated after a Second Street West caller reported Friday at 1:30 p.m. a noninjury motor vehicle crash.

Officers arrested Calvin Florin Lester Jr. of Culbertson, 28, on a false report to law enforcement charge after a caller near a First Street business reported Friday at 3:03 p.m. that a man was waving a gun around and threatening someone.

Officers issued a summons to a 14-year-old on a juvenile curfew violation charge after caller near 10th Street reported Saturday at 12:53 a.m. that a juvenile had missed curfew.

Officers issued a summons to a 16-year-old on a juvenile curfew violation charge Saturday at 1:27 a.m. on First Street.

Officers investigated after a Seventh Street caller reported Saturday at 10:08 a.m. that a package she mailed was stolen.

Officers arrested two people Saturday at 2:14 p.m. on Second Street. Craig Stevens Azure Jr. of Havre, 52, and Sandi Hamilton Azure of Havre, 41, were each arrested on two Justice or City court warrants.

Officers investigated after a caller near Second Street and 10th Avenue reported Saturday at 5:10 p.m. a noninjury motor vehicle crash.

Officers investigated after a U.S. Highway 2 East business caller reported Saturday at 7:13 p.m. that someone had driven through their gate.

Officers arrested Jessica Uhde of Lakeside, 30, on a charge of “other” Saturday at 9:08 p.m. in relation to an earlier call in which someone reported a woman with a guitar was stumbling in and out of traffic.

Officers investigated after a caller reported Sunday at 12:53 a.m. that someone had hit a Ford F-350 in the BNSF parking lot and left without notifying the owner.

Officers issued a summons to Trevor Lane Harwood of Bozeman, 20, for minor in possession charge after an Eighth Avenue caller reported Sunday at 3:27 a.m. that someone was knocking on the door.

Officers arrested Kyle James Pribyl of Havre, 27, on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday at 10:08 a.m. near a First Street business.

——

Officers arrested two people Sunday at 2:21 p.m. near 10th Street West in relation to a drug offenses call. No further information was provided.

Officers investigated after a 16th Street resident reported Sunday at 6:03 p.m. a theft.

Officers arrested Nelson Alexander Daychild of Box Elder, 52, on charges of kidnapping, partner or family member assault and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a First Street business caller reported Monday at 1:28 p.m. that a domestic disturbance was happening.

Animal control officers issued a summons to Sakura Edna Main of Harlem, 19, on charges of tag and collar, vicious dog, dog registration, dog at large, two counts, and other after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 2 p.m. that a dog bit him.

Officers arrested Christopher Roger Walter Jr., of Havre, 28, on driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol charge after a First Street West caller reported Monday at 11:40 p.m. that there is a possible drunk driver.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested Matthew Allen Bell of Havre, 35, on a theft charge and two Justice or City court warrants after a Clear Creek Road caller reported Friday at 8:18 a.m. that an SUV was on the road with someone who appeared to be passed behind the steering wheel.

Deputies served a warrant to Lynn Rose Werk of Havre, 30, on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 8:31 a.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies arrested Brayden Alexander Grimson of Bozeman, 24, on a DUI charge Saturday at 2:11 a.m. near First Street and Fourth Avenue.

Animal control officers issued a summons to Adrianus Vaneck of Hingham, 75, on a dog running at large charge after a Hingham caller reported Saturday at 10:25 a.m. that her small dog was attacked by two German shepherds.

Deputies investigated after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Saturday at 10:55 a.m. that her purse was stolen out of the grocery cart.

Deputies arrested Donita Anne Demontiney of Box Elder, 28, on charges of shoplifting and obstructing a peace officer and on two Justice or City court warrants Saturday at 2:55 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Deputies arrested Richard Jay MacDonald of Box Elder, 37, on an aggravated DUI charge during a motor vehicle stop on Fifth Street West Sunday at 7:24 p.m.

Deputies investigated after a 34th Avenue West caller reported Monday at 11:56 a.m. that someone had tried to break into the facility.

Medical crews responded to one call Saturday, one Sunday and two Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning two medium-haired and two short-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female Labrador retriever, a female pit bull and a female akbash-Australian shepherd mix.

Births

A girl was born Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017, to Lam and Loan Nguyen of Havre.

A boy was born Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, to Curt and Kassie Leeds of Havre.
