Hi-Line Boys Roundup: Knights, Beeters continue impressive starts

After a couple weeks of no high school basketball due to the holiday break, local teams hit the hardwood last Thursday to resume the second part of their schedules.

The action got underway with two schools resuming an old Class B rivalry as Chinook and Harlem battled in non-conference action Thursday in Harlem. Chinook held a narrow lead at the half, but held on to win 58-48 over the Wildcats.

While Chinook took a break from the District 9C, Box Elder and Big Sandy went head-to-head in a district game that the Pioneers won 58-50. North Star also played the Fairfield JV teams and notched...
