Tobin Miller Shearer will be in Havre Tuesday for a presentation in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, presenting “Making Struggle Count: Lessons from the Civil Rights Movement for Today” in the Student Union Building Ballroom at Montana State University-Northern.
