Havre Police Department

Officers made an arrest and issued a summons during a motor vehicle stop on Fourth Avenue Wednesday at 8:06 a.m. Isaac Pearson of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failure to obey a red traffic signal. Thomas Mohar of Havre, 26, was issued a summons for the charge of vehicle operation insurance.

Officers issued two summonses after a Third Street caller reported Wednesday at 2:15 p.m. that a couple was fighting outside. Sheena Brianne McCarthy of Havre, 36, was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct and violations of conditions release. Matthew Allen Bell of Havre, 35, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge.

Officers arrested Alexia Rose Pierre of Chalo, 19, on a state District Court warrant after a 10th Street West caller reported Wednesday at 9:25 p.m. that a young woman was banging on the doors to one of the apartments.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested Isaac Pearson of Havre, 28, on a possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday at 8:36 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies arrested Robert Scott Rehfeldt of Rathdrum, Idaho, 34, on a state District Court warrant Wednesday at 3:21 p.m. at the HCDC.

Deputies made an arrest after a County Road 800 caller reported this morning at 4:10 that a blue Dodge pickup truck was stuck on the side of the road. No more information was made available.

Havre Fire Department

Medical crews responded to two three calls Wednesday.

Fire crews responded to the 800 Block of Fourth Street this morning at 6:54 where a fire alarm was falsely activated. Alarm was reset and no further action was necessary.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning five medium-haired, three short-haired and one long haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, a female Labrador retriever, a male pit bull-Labrador retriever, a male American bulldog-pit bull terrier, a female pit bull terrier-spaniel mix, a male terrier, a female husky and a wire-haired pointing griffon-golden retriever cross.
