Officers issued warrants and arrested Matthew Allen Bell of Havre, 35, on two Justice or City court warrants Friday at 8:30 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Victorri Faith Rosette of Havre, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a 15th Avenue caller reported Friday at 2:12 p.m. that her neighbor had asked her to call the police because someone broke down her door.
