Diggers power past Skylights in Havre

The Montana State University-Northern Skylights were desperately hoping that a return to the Armory Gymnasium would be exactly what they needed to snap a five-game Frontier Conference losing streak.

However, visiting Montana Tech had other ideas.

Saturday night inside the Armory Gymnasium, the Orediggers ripped off an 18-2 run in the fourth quarter to break open what was a close game, on their way to a 71-59 victory over the Skylights, who fell to 1-7 in the Frontier.
