Local News - VA service officers doing area outreach

Judy Loendorf and/or Steve Mulonet, service officers for the Montana Veterans Affairs will be visiting the following locations and times to meet with veterans who are interested in applying for benefits. Veterans interested in applying for benefits should bring a copy of their discharge paperwork, DD214, with them.

• Friday, Feb. 9, Rocky Boy, Rocky Boy Vet Center, 10 a.m. – noon.

• Thursday, Feb. 15, Malta City Hall, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.

• Thursday, Feb. 15, Fort Belknap, IHS Conference Room, 1:30 – 3 p.m.

If bad weather exists on days of travel, people can tune into local radio stations for updated information regarding the outreach schedule.
