Officers investigated after a Sixth Avenue group home caller reported Friday at 8:49 a.m. that one of the clients was “freaking out.”

Officers arrested James Allen Gardipee of Box Elder, 47, on a disorderly conduct charge after a Ninth Avenue business caller reported Friday at 12:15 p.m. that a male was pounding on his door.

Officers arrested Robert Henry Stump III of Hays, 31, on five Justice or City court warrants after an Eighth Avenue caller reported Friday at 3:45 p.m. that there was a male on her porch.

Officers assisted a citizen after a 15th Avenue caller requested help Friday at 5:44 p.m.

Officers investigated after a Second Avenue caller reported Friday at 10:37 p.m. that the window to his Ford Ranger was broken out.

Officers arrested Shawn Curtis Snow of Hays, 39, on an “other” charge Saturday at 12:31 a.m. near Seventh Avenue and Second Street.

Officers arrested two people Saturday at 1:36 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop on First Street. Sunshine Main of Havre, 36, was arrested on a Justice or City Court warrant, and Cole Forrest Stump of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Officers investigated after a First Street business reported Saturday at 2:46 p.m. that someone drove away without paying for gas.

Officers investigated after a Bonine Drive caller reported Saturday at 3:15 p.m. that her bike was stolen.

Officers investigated after a 16th Avenue caller reported Saturday at 4:25 p.m. that there was a domestic disturbance between her sister-in-law and brother-in-law.

Officers arrested Holly Marie Dorcheus of Havre, 32, Saturday at 11:15 p.m. on a Justice or City court warrant during a motor vehicle stop on First Street.

Officers investigated a Saturday 11:35 p.m. report from Second or Third Street that the caller’s daughter was drinking and not home.

Officers arrested or issued summonses to three people after a caller near Ninth Avenue and Third Street reported Sunday at 1:36 a.m. that there was a big party.

Officers arrested or issued a summons to two people while investigating suspicious activity Sunday at 3:14 a.m. on Fifth Avenue.

Officers investigated Sunday at 3:19 a.m. suspicious activity near Knob Road.

Officers arrested two people after a Sixth Street caller reported Sunday at 4:30 a.m. that a male was beaten up. Tanika Rose Lawrence of Harlem, 23, was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon, criminal mischief, revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and assault. Lara Shante Lawrence of Harlem, 20, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, two counts, criminal destruction of or tampering with communication device, violation of conditions release and aggravated assault.

Officers issued a summons to Lara Shante Lawrence of Harlem, 20, on a criminal contempt charge Sunday at 8:04 a.m. in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers investigated after a First Street caller reported Sunday at 4:56 p.m. a three-vehicle crash.

Officers arrested Josh Harvey Herrig of Havre, 22, on criminal mischief, two counts, and a violations of conditions release charges.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested Kiana Lee Roastingstick of Box Elder, 18, on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 3:30 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies arrested Derek Dean Henderson of Box Elder, 37, on charges of assault and obstructing a peace officer after Rocky Boy police reported an assault at a U.S. Highway 87 business Saturday at 5:14 p.m.

Deputies issued a summons to Michael Scott Sauer of Havre, 19, on a criminal trespass to property charge after a Ninth Avenue West caller reported Sunday at 7:55 a.m. that there was a black truck in her yard.

Havre Fire Department

Medical crews responded to three calls Saturday and four Sunday

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 5:24 p.m. on the 800 Block of 23rd Street where someone had reported a gas smell. Crews determined there was no gas leak and no further action was necessary.

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 9:49 p.m. on the 10 Block of Third Street where burned food set off the alarm. No damage was done and no one was hurt. No further action was necessary.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning three medium-haired and five short-haired and one long-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning five female rottweiler-shepherd crosses — four of them puppies — one male mixed-breed dog, a female Labrador-retriever, a female pit bull terrier-spaniel mix, and a female Akbash/Australian shepheard cross.
