Letter to the Editor - Friends of the Havre-Hill County Library host Pie Social

The Friends of the Havre-Hill County Library will be holding their Valentine Pie Social Tuesday, Feb. 13, at the library.

This pie social is usually held on Valentine’s Day. This year, however, Ash Wednesday and Valentine’s Day fall on the same day. The Friends decided to change the day for the pie social and hold it the day before. The time is the same, noon to 4 o’clock. As always, there will be a large variety of pie to choose from and ice cream to go with it. Coffee and punch will also be served.

The funds raised through this pie social will be used to help support activities and programs at the library throughout the year.

I hope you will stop at the library on Tuesday, Feb. 13, and enjoy a slice of pie with ice cream and help us support the library.
