Senior Center Gift Shop — Come see what we have. There are a variety of cards and homemade gifts. We also have many beautiful pieces of glassware. Our regular hours are 9 a.m. to closing. Proceeds from the sales, at this time, will be going toward the purchase of a new steam table for our center.

Seniors — We, here at the Senior Center, are still working toward the purchase of our new steam table. Anyone donating to our cause, of course, will be able to use our tax ID number for a tax write off for your donation. We thank everyone for their help and we appreciate each and every one of you very much.

AARP aids will be preparing taxes: There are a limited number of slots available for tax preparation here at the Center. Call 265-5464 to set up an appointment to get help completing your 2017 taxes. Appointments began Feb. 5.

Each year at the Governor’s Conference on Aging we recognize Montana’s centenarians. This year will be the 50th Annual Governors Conference, there will be great information, lively events and it will be an enjoyable celebration. The theme will be “Rock Your Age.” The Conference will be held Sept. 25-27 at the Radisson Hotel in Helena. If you know a centenarian who would like to receive a Certificate of Recognition from the governor for being 100 years of age or older, please call us at 265-5464. More details will be available later.
