Officers investigated after a caller reported Friday at 9:07 a.m. a noninjury motor vehicle crash near 12th Avenue and Sixth Street.

Officers investigated after a caller reported Friday at 9:15 a.m. a motor vehicle crash near Ninth Avenue and Second Street.

Officers issued summonses to two people Friday at 12:25 p.m. in relation to a compliance monitoring system violation. Cole Phillip Wakefield of Havre, 31, and Danielle Jo Ostwalt of Havre, 25, were each issued summonses on criminal contempt charges.

Officers investigated after a First Street West business caller reported Friday at 2:03 p.m. that a pickup truck backed into her car.

Officers arrested Peyton Maya Roastingstick of Rocky Boy, 18, on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 3:03 p.m. at the police department.

Officers arrested Samuel Roastingstick of Box Elder, 48, on a criminal trespass to property charge after a First Street West business caller reported Friday at 5:17 p.m. a drunk man “just sitting” in the casino.

Officers investigated a conditions violations Friday at 6:29 p.m. at the Havre Police Department.

Officers arrested George Hofer of Geraldine, 57, on charges of driving under the influence, driving without insurance — third or more offense, failure to give notice of accident, careless driving, expired registration, failure to remain at an accident and violations of conditions release after a caller near First Avenue and Third Street reported Friday at 6:34 p.m. that he was rear-ended.

Officers investigated a report of a motor vehicle crash made at 6:58 p.m. Friday on Third Avenue and First Street.

Officers investigated after a Third Avenue business caller reported Friday at 8:18 p.m. that drug paraphernalia had been found.

Officers investigated after a 12th Street West caller reported Saturday at 7:15 a.m. that a hit-and-run crash had happened the night before.

Officers investigated after a Second Street West caller reported Saturday at 5:27 p.m. that someone had hit and run his pickup.

Officers arrested Joseph Raymond Moore of Federal Way, Washington, 25, on four Justice or city court warrants and charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a First Street West business caller reported Saturday at 8:31 p.m. that a man wanted a room for a voucher.

Officers arrested one person and issued a summons to another during a motor vehicle stop Sunday at 2:28 a.m. on 10th Avenue. Jordan Cole Hofland of Havre, 22, was arrested on DUI and operating a vehicle without registration charges, and a 17-year-old was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violations.

Officers investigated after a Washington Avenue caller reported Sunday at 2:08 p.m. that her husband shoved her and her daughter.

Officers investigated a reported noninjury motor vehicle crash after a U.S. Highway 2 East caller made a report Sunday at 2:39 p.m.

Officers assisted a citizen after a Third Street caller notified police Sunday at 7:13 p.m. that he had questions about his brother.

Officers investigated after a Wilson Avenue caller reported a disturbance Sunday at 8:57 p.m.

Officers arrested Adelle Delaine Koop of Havre, 34, on a state District Court warrant and a violations of conditions release charge today at 12:12 a.m. near First Street.

Officers issued five summonses on minor in possessions and possession of dangerous drugs charges after a First Street business caller reported today at 1:29 a.m. that there was underage drinking going on.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated today at 12:27 a.m. a drug offense at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to one call Friday and one Saturday.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 5:19 p.m. at the 800 Block of Fourth Street where someone had burned food. There was no property damage and no one was hurt. The alarm was reset and no further action was necessary.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held four medium-hair cats, three whose sex is listed as “unknown,” one female; one female and two male short-hair cats; one female long-hair cat, and one female calico cat.

The shelter this morning held a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 9-month-old male Australian shepherd, a 1-year-old male Labrador retriever-pug mixed-breed, a male 11-month-old German shepherd, a 7-month-old pit bull-hound mix and and two male mixed breed dogs, one 2 years, the other 9-month-old, and a 6-year-old, female Labrador retreiver..
