Havre Police Department

Officers arrested Valerie Rose Knoll, 46, of Havre, on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and criminal trespass to property after a First Street caller reported Monday at 9:20 a.m. that she would like her sister removed.

Officers arrested three people while assisting Probation and Parole Monday at 10:57 a.m. Sandra Lee Blackwolf of Havre, 44, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a Justice or City court warrant; Edna Ann Meyers of Box Elder, 61, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge; and Carol Ivy Meyers of Havre, 56, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.

Officers investigated after a 4th street caller reported Monday at 11:17 a.m. that license plates had been stolen.

Officers investigated after a Fourth Street caller reported Monday at 12:04 p.m. that someone had slashed the tires on his Chrysler 300.

Officers arrested David Daniel Day III of Box Elder, 32, on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 2:10 p.m. near a First Street business.

Officers investigated after someone reported Monday at 7:35 a.m. that he ran into a light pole.

Officers arrested Sommer Ann Dodson of Havre, 36, on a Justice or City court warrant after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller reported Monday at 9:15 p.m. that people were being loud and yelling.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested David Daniel Day III of Box Elder, 32, Monday at the Hill County Detention Center on a contempt for which justice of the peace may punish charge.

Deputies investigated an assault Monday at 8:57 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call today and zero Monday.

Fire crews responded Monday at 8:59 p.m to the 1200 Block of First Avenue where an alarm had been triggered. No fire was found.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held four medium-hair cats, three whose sex is listed as “unknown,” one female; one female and two male short-hair cats; and one female long-hair cat.

The shelter this morning held a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 9-month-old male Australian shepherd, a 1-year-old male Labrador retriever-pug mixed-breed, a male 11-month-old German shepherd, a 7-month-old pit bull-hound mix, two male mixed breed dogs, one 2 years, the other 9-month-old, and a 6-year-old female Labrador retriever.
