Havre Police Department

Officers made two arrests Friday at 10:50 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop on First Street. Veronica Sue Skidmore of Havre, 45, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, and Tracy Lynn Eagleman of Hays, 29, was arrested on a state District Court warrant.

Officers arrested Jessey Jason Harmon of Rudyard, 25, on a disorderly conduct charge after al caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported Friday at 1:43 p.m. that a man in a green trench coat had been yelling at someone on the phone for 15 minutes.

Officers made two arrests or issued two summonses Friday at 2:53 during a motor vehicle stop on First Street Northeast. No further information was available.

Officers investigated after a Second Street caller reported Friday at 2:25 p.m. a complaint. No further information was made available.

Officers investigated after a 24th Avenue Northeast caller reported Saturday at 2:51 a.m. that someone drove away before paying for gas.

Officers investigated after a Second Avenue caller reported Sunday at 6:25 a.m. that someone went into her garage.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested Nichole Marie Swan of Spokane, Washington, 33, on a state District Court warrant Friday at 4:36 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies assisted a citizen after a 33rd Avenue Northeast caller made a report Friday at 8:03 a.m.

Deputies assisted another agency after a U.S. Highway 2 West business made a report Saturday at 1:49 p.m.

Duties arrested Mariel Leigh Talks Different of Harlem, 25, on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge Sunday at 1:59 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Officers issued a summons to Tylanna Rochelle Adams of Harlem, 20, on a criminal trespass to property charge after a Ninth Street West caller reported Sunday at 8:56 a.m. that a red car was stuck in the snow and there was no one around.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday and five Sunday.

Fire crews responded to call Friday at 11:45 a.m. at the 1400 Block of First Avenue to assist Mercy Flight with transportation.

Fire crews responded to a call Sunday at 4:38 p.m at the 500 Block of First Street where a dumpster caught on fire. The fire was put put out before spreading, but the dumpster was ruined.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held seven medium-hair cats, six whose sex is listed as “unknown” and one male; one female and two male short-hair cats; and one female long-hair cat.

The shelter this morning held a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 1-year-old male Labrador retriever-pug mixed-breed, an 8-month-old pit bull-hound mix, two male mixed breed dogs, one 2-years, the other 9-months-old, and a 6-year-old female Labrador retriever.

A boy was born Thursday, March 1, 2018, to Kristina Ralston and Kaleb Dobrenz of Havre.

A boy was born Friday, February 16th, 2018, to James and Katie Kimberling of Havre.
