Quick Pics: Dissecting fish: exploring nature

Janet Bacon dissects a yellow perch as students watch her Tuesday at Rocky Boy Elementary School as part of fish dissection day. The activity, run by the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks, is part of a year-long program called Hooked on Fishing that aims to show third-graders the joys of fishing. This is done through different activities including actually fishing in May or going hands on with a yellow perch and dissecting it.
