The 9C recently released its boys and girls 2018 9C All-Conference teams.

On the boys side, the First Team was headlined by three Chinook standouts in Isaac bell, Cord Schneider and Riley Kellam. North Star brothers Dylan and Devon Miller also made the list, while Turner was represented on the first team by Cody Welch and Eddie Harmon. Fort Benton's Garrett Diekahns and Hays-Lodge Pole's Chance Main made up the rest of the first team.

In all, Chinook, North Star and Fort Benton each had three all-conference players, while HLP and Turner each had two. Big Sandy's Ryan Roth and Chester-Joplin-Inverness' Tyler Wanken also were named all-conference.

The 9C girls first team had three standouts from state champion Box Elder in Cecilia Vielle, Lilly Gopher and Joelnell Momberg. Fort Benton had two named to the first team in Leah Gannon and Aspen Geise, while North Star's Paij Peterson, CJI's Kendahl Knapton and Turner's Sarah Billmayer made up the rest of the list.

In total, Box Elder and Fort Benton each had four all-conference selections, while North Star, Turner and CJI each had two. Chinook's Sierra Swank and HLP's Mulleeah Stiffarm were the lone representatives for those two schools.

The Northern C also released its girls All-State team Tuesday, where five 9C players were honored.
