Two Morning Stars get the Class B All-State nod

The Rocky Boy Morning Stars had a season no one will soon forget. That included a District 1B championship, and a Northern B divisional title. The two championships were also part of Rocky Boy's first-ever trip to the Class B state basketball tournament.

So, with that season now over, three Morning Stars have been honored for their play this season. The District 1B recently released its All-Conference and All-State lists, and three Morning Stars were named to the team.

Seniors Adrienne Gopher and Sean Henry were both named First-Team All-Conference, as well as Class B All-State for the 2017-18 season. And fellow senior Jaylynn Mitchell was also named First-Team All-Conference.

The rest of the first team was composed of Shelby's Abbey Akelstad and Fairfield's Kaitlyn Jones and Kenna Pitcher.
