Havre Police Department

In addition to the following actions, Havre Police officers reported making extra patrols around schools throughout the morning and afternoon.

Officers investigated a Wednesday 8:06 a.m. complaint of a no-show related to the 24/7 Sobriety Program.

Cody Michael Anderson of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs, and Clintessa Beth Williamson of Hays, 29, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity on First Street at 2:04 p.m. Wednesday.

Michael Daniel Dunning of Havre, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant on Second Street at 5:07 p.m.

Darren Wayne Keith of Havre, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant on U.S. Highway 2 East Wednesday at 5:19 p.m.

Officers investigated a 7:07 p.m. Wednesday report of a man released on conditions drinking in a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest establishment.

——

Officers investigated an 8:01 p.m. Wednesday complaint at the police station of a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Jason Anthony Laner of Havre, 39, was arrested Wednesday at 9:15 a.m. on Beaver Creek Highway on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle in response to a 7:56 a.m. call from Anderson Road to assist another agency.

Clintessa Beth Williamson of Hays, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the detention center Wednesday at 3:47 p.m.

A 17-year-old Harlem girl was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter at 8:33 p.m. Wednesday.

Deputies investigated a report of an assault at the detention center Wednesday at 9:10 p.m.

——

Deputies made an arrest during a vehicle stop at 2:18 a.m. today at U.S. Highway 2 and 61st Avenue. No further details were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one medical call yesterday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held six medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown,” and one female and two male short-hair cats.

The shelter held this morning a 4-year-old male border collie, a 4-year-old Australian shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, an 8-month-old male pit bull-hound mix, a 1-year-3-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 1-year-1-month-old male Labrador retriever-pug mix-breed, a 1-year-7-month-old female Rottweiler-shepherd cross, a 26-week-old male terrier-spaniel cross, a 7-month-old female German shepherd, a 6-year-old female Labrador retriever, a 5-year-old female Australian shepherd and a 2-year-old female mixed-breed.
