Havre Police Department

Michelle Rose Jiron of Havre, 26, was arrested Monday at 8:16 a.m. on a charge of criminal contempt in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show violation.

Officers investigated a Monday 2:38 p.m. report of a residence break-in that occurred over the weekend on McKinley Avenue.

Officers were asked Monday at 4:15 p.m. for a welfare check on the Second Street caller’s nephew.

Jason Edward Metro of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 6:32 p.m. Monday on Fourth Avenue.

James Christopher Dahl Jr. of Havre, 31, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of probation violation when an officer served the warrants today at 2:48 a.m. on First Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Rachel Diane Hawley of Havre, 36, was arrested on a state District Court after deputies served the warrant Monday at 4 p.m. at the detention center.

A caller reported an injury vehicle crash near mile marker 98 on U.S. Highway 87 Monday at 8:05 p.m. One person in the vehicle was reported to have a possible broken arm and a female was trapped in the vehicle. Two emergency medical crews responded to the scene.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to seven calls Monday and one today.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held three medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat, and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter held this morning a 1-year-3-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 1-year-1-month-old male Labrador retriever-pug cross, a 10-year-old female mixed-breed, a 26-week-old male Labrador retriever, a 6-year-1-month-old female Labrador retriever and a 5-year-old female Australian shepherd.
