Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported from 11th Street at 6:52 a.m. Wednesday.

Officers investigated a Wednesday 7:19 a.m. call from a Second Street residence where the caller had found her car doors open and items from the vehicle scattered on the ground.

Officers were called Wednesday at 8:22 a.m. by a motorist on 13th Street West and a 911 caller at 8:26 a.m. to check on a man. An arrest was made but no details were provided.

Adrian Moses Shawl of Chinook, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Wednesday at 11:28 a.m. at the probation and parole office on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest.

An arrest was made during a First Street vehicle stop Wednesday at 2:56 p.m. No details were provided about the arrest.

Two arrests were made after officers were called to a First Street Northeast residence Wednesday at 5:28 p.m. on a report of an assault, but no details were given on the arrests.

Colt Ryan Billy of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on a Justice of City court warrant and on charges of driving with an expired vehicle registration and with an expired driver’s license at 8:15 p.m., Wednesday.

Marshall Taylor Warren of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, reckless driving and open container in the city, during a vehicle stop on 13th Street West at 2 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Gordon George Denny of Box Elder, 23, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at the detention center Wednesday at 8:18 a.m.

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud report from a 6th Street North residence Wednesday at 1:52 p.m.

A summons was issued after a deputy reported on U.S. Highway 87 Wednesday at 4:04 p.m. that a man had dropped off a black and brown shepherd-mix dog. The dog was taken to the county animal shelter. No details were given about the summons.

Holly Marie Dorcheus of Havre, 32, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a Highway 2 West business reported Wednesday at 6:59 p.m. a woman had left with a black tylenol and perfume.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday and one today.

Fire crews were called Wednesday at 7:22 p.m. about a gas smell on the 1900 Block of Second Street Northeast. Fire department and NorthWestern Energy personnel searched, but did not find a signs of a leak.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held four medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat, and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter held this morning a 1-year-1-month-old male Labrador retriever-pug cross, a 6-year-1-month-old female Labrador retriever and a 5-year-old female Australian shepherd.

Births

A girl was born Wednesday, April 4, 2018, to Kyler and Elizabeth Lake of Kremlin.
