Daisy Elaine Sherman of Havre, 63, was issued a summons on a charge of assault after a caller reported a woman was beating up another woman in a hallway Tuesday at 1:43 a.m. on 16th Street.

Tuesday morning at 2:29 officers issued a warning after a caller reported that a man threw a bunch of stuff around the store and then left in a silver car at a First Street business. No further details were provided....
