Permanent Reflections offers cosmetic services

People looking for a local for someone that will do permanent cosmetics, permanent hair removal and waxing can now go to a business in downtown Havre.

Chanel Lett opened Permanent Reflections in March in a back room of the Serenity Salon & Boutique at 315 Third Ave. in downtown Havre.

Lett said she first became interested in hair removal and permanent cosmetics because of her mother

"I just thought it was the most interesting thing ever, like it was fun to watch; it looked fun," she said.

Lett, who recently moved to Havre from Malta, said she has a certificate in electrolysis, thermolysis and blend from Cameo College of Essential Beauty in Murray, Utah.

She said that she provides electrolysis for the removal of hair, blemishes and other birth marks and thermolysis which does the same thing but by heat.

Lett said she is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. 3 to 8 p.m. Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
