A picture of the drawing can be seen on the Senior’s Facebook page or you can stop down to see the drawing and put in your bid. The proceeds from this auction will go to the steam table fund.

Creating Healthy Habits: First make better choices easier. It can help us feel better and live longer. Eat better, sleep more, get more exercise, quit smoking and learn how to reduce stress. Do not concentrate on setbacks. Decades of research show change is possible.

• Know your habits: some people have a hard time resisting impulses. Set realistic goals.

• Make a plan: especially for exercising and identify triggers.

• Stay on track: sometime mental health conditions like depression can get in the way. Concentrate on future benefits.

• Think about the future: changing your surroundings can help.

• Be Patient: Ask for support from friends, family co-workers. Rewarding yourself when you have achieved a goal is also helpful.
