Havre Police Department

Officers were called Tuesday at 7:51 a.m. to a Fifth Avenue vehicle crash in which another officer’s vehicle was rear-ended.

A phone was reported found Tuesday at 9:01 a.m. at Pepin Park.

Jaime Dawn The Boy of Havre, 41, was issued a summons Tuesday at 9:29 a.m. at the police station on a charge of criminal contempt in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A caller at the cemetery asked Tuesday at 3:26 p.m. to speak to an officer about finding something in a call listed in the dispatch log as a drug offense.

A noninjury vehicle crash was reported Tuesday at 7:08 p.m. near the skate park.

An arrest was made while officers investigated suspicious activity on 13th Avenue today at 12:54 a.m. No details were provided.

Scott Roper-Li Longknife-Perry of Harlem, 20, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and minor in possession after an Eighth Avenue caller reported today at 3:36 a.m. an intoxicated man trying to enter a neighbor’s house.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies were asked Tuesday at 3:10 p.m. to offer assistance at Box Elder School.

A Box Elder caller reported Tuesday at 5:35 p.m. a child was possibly assaulted.

Birgin Lane Billy of Havre, 18, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after callers reported someone being hit by a family member Tuesday at 10:17 p.m. on 10th Street West.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday and three this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held five medium-hair cats whose sex is listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair male cats, one long-hair male cat, two medium-hair female cats, and two female short-hair cats.

The shelter held this morning a 1-year-old female dachshund-Labrador retriever cross, a 17-week-old male border collie, a 4-year-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female border terrier-terrier cross, a 4-year-old female pit bull terrier, a 7-week-old female husky-shepherd mix, a 1-year-2-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, and a 1-year-old male pit bull terrier.
