Pony thinclads have fun at home

Havre High's Sarah Faber jumps during Saturday's Havre Invitational track meet at the Havre Middle School Track. The Blue Ponies finally got to host their own home meet after a spring that saw the HMS track covered in snow well into April.

It was another busy weekend for local track athletes, as Havre High hosted the Havre Invitational Saturday, and a number of other local events were held, including the Jason Groseclose Memorial Track Meet, which took place in Rudyard last Monday.

With the end of the track season closing in, the Havre High track teams hosted their first and only home track meet of the year Saturday and fared well against Class C and Class B teams from along the Hi-Line.
