A 10th Street caller reported Monday at 9:12 a.m. that someone trying to steal a beaded medallion off her vehicle mirror broke the whole mirror.

A caller on 11th Street West reported at 10:42 a.m. Monday that a rock struck by a lawn mower broke a window in her vehicle.

A vehicle crash between a Fed Ex truck and a car on Second Street was reported Monday at 12:06 p.m.

At 12:42 p.m. Monday a caller at a First Street West business asked to speak with an officer.

——

A caller from Amtrak requested Monday at 1:13 p.m. to have a man removed from the property.

A First Street Northeast caller asked Monday at 3:12 p.m. to speak with an officer about a stolen gun.

A caller from Second Street reported a lost wallet Monday at 3:47 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Richard P. Thorton, 62, of Yakima, Washington, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after Rocky Boy Police Department requested assistance at 1:09 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Havre Fire Department had no calls Monday or early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats with sex listed as “unknown,” three medium-hair female cats, two medium-hair male cats and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter held this morning a 4-year-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female border terrier-terrier cross and a 1-year-2-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross.

Births

A girl was born Sunday, May 6, 2018, to Amanda and Randy Christofferson of Havre.
