FWP WHIP Council to meet in Helena

The Advisory Council that oversees the Montana Wildlife Habitat Improvement Program will be meeting for the first time at Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Headquarters, 1420 East Sixth Ave. in Helena, at 9 a.m. Friday, May 18. 

The Wildlife Habitat Improvement Program, or WHIP, was established during the 2017 Legislature by legislation sponsored by Rep.
