Havre Police Department

The police department had technical difficulties over the weekend that delayed its dispatch log report for Friday morning through Monday morning. The report for those days is included with today’s For the Record.

A protection order violation was reported at the police station Friday at 10:54 a.m.

A caller reported Friday at 11:14 a.m. from Ninth Avenue that a woman beat her up and drove off with her phone.

A noninjury vehicle crash was reported Friday at 3:08 p.m. on First Street West.

An Adult Protective Services representative dropped off information for an officer Friday at 5 p.m.

A caller on Smithville Road reported vandalism Friday at 8:21 p.m.

A Third Avenue caller reported a hit and run Friday at 10:05 p.m.

After Sixth Street callers reported a party in progress Friday at 10:08 p.m., James Oliver Kirby, 19, and Wyatt Arthur Johnstone, 18, both of Havre, were each arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children and minor in possession; Dawson Kinsella of Havre, 19, was arrested on a minor in possession charge; a 17-year-old and two 16-year-olds were each issued a summons on a charge of MIP; JayR Caplette and Brock Donald Smith, both of Havre and 18, were each issued a summons on charges of MIP and endangering the welfare of children; Walter William White of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on charges of social host violation, MIP and endangering the welfare of children; and Stephen James David of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children.

Caleb Jasper Young of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, during a vehicle stop on Main Street Saturday at 1:58 a.m.

A caller at a First Street West business requested assistance Saturday at 3:09 a.m. with a possible drug offense.

Myron Scott Michel of Havre, 49, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and violation of conditions of release, Saturday at 6:32 p.m. after a 10th Avenue caller reported a man lying in the middle of the road.

A noninjury vehicle crash was reported on Seventh Avenue Saturday at 6:40 p.m.

Robert Henry Stump III of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court and a charge of probation violation after an officer initiated contact at a First Street West establishment at 7:36 p.m.

Ryan Mathew Tanner Foursouls of Rocky Boy, 28. was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs during a Fifth Avenue vehicle stop at 9:02 p.m. Saturday.

An arrest was made during a vehicle stop on Wilson Avenue Sunday at 12:17 a.m., but no arrest details were provided.

Winston Curley Stewart of Havre, 33, was issued a summons Sunday at 11:49 a.m. at the police station on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program SCRAM violation.

Kyle Jay Rummel of Missoula, 29, was issued a summons at the police station Sunday at 11:50 a.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program SCRAM violation.

Kory Christopher Ross of Ulm, 32, was issued a summons at the police station Sunday at 11:51 a.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program SCRAM violation.

An Xbox theft was reported Sunday at 12:01 p.m. at the police station.

A vehicle crash between a fork lift and a van was reported Sunday at 4:45 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 Northeast business.

A First Street vehicle crash was reported Sunday at 7:05 p.m.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on an assault charge after a caller at a First Street business reported Sunday at 9:36 a.m. that her ex-boyfriend’s sister hit her.

Craig Tremayn Belcourt Jr. of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia and Dante Shea Valenzuela of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs, DUI and wrong-way driving, after a vehicle stop on 11th Avenue Monday at 1:21 a.m.

A set of keys was reported found at Patterson Park Tuesday at 7:48 a.m. Tuesday.

Matthew Joseph Saddler of Havre, 34, was arrested on a probation violation charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Anthonio Uriah Valdez of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after a First Street business caller reported Tuesday at 8:53 a.m. a man had stolen beer.

A vehicle crash at Lincoln Avenue and 13th Street West was reported Tuesday at 1:08 p.m.

A 17th Street West caller reported Tuesday at 4:36 p.m. that a Playstation 4 had been stolen.

An arrest was made on a warrant after a woman with a warrant turned herself in at the police station Tuesday at 5:15 p.m.

A Tuesday 5:40 p.m. caller reported a hit and run on Third Street West.

A caller on First Street reported a noninjury vehicle crash at 5:54 p.m. Tuesday.

Elizabeth Helene Schmautz of Havre, 45, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and on a Justice or City court warrant and Anthony James Corcoran of Box Elder, 36, was issued a summons on an open container violation charge, during a vehicle stop on Second Street Wednesday at 1:12 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A caller on Seventh Avenue North in Box Elder called in a complaint Tuesday at 11:39 a.m.

Brooke Ann Blacktongue of Havre, 30, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Tuesday at 3:23 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Tuesday at 4:09 p.m. that an ex-employee had stolen some items.

——

Deputies were asked Tuesday at 9:59 p.m. for a civil standby on U.S. Highway 2 East.

Havre Fire Department

Havre Fire Department received no calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats with sex listed as “unknown,” two medium-hair female cats, three medium-hair male cats, two female short-hair cats and one female long-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 21-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-1-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female border terrier-terrier cross, a 1-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, a 6-year-2-month-old male cocker spaniel and a 16-week-old male Australian shepherd.

Births

A boy was born Friday, May 11, 2018, to Seraya Standing Rock and Timothy Koop Jr. of Box Elder.
