Havre Police Department

A vehicle crash was reported Thursday at 7:52 a.m. on First Street.

Kenneth Lee Looksbehind of Box Elder, 48, was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at a Fourth Street organization reported a man had urinated on the building Thursday at 11:10 a.m.

Josh Harvey Herrig of Havre, 22, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release during a vehicle stop on 5th Avenue Thursday at 12:06 p.m.

A 12:45 p.m. Thursday caller reported a bad check written to a First Street establishment.

A summons was issued related to a 12:46 p.m. Thursday call from the U.S. Border Patrol sector office, but no details were provided.

Reyes Jiron of Havre, 52, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, driving without vehicle insurance and violation of child restraint, during a 1:39 p.m. Thursday vehicle stop on Second Street.

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 4:59 p.m. to speak with an officer about a complaint. No other details were provided.

Allan Fred Alexander of Havre, 30, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a 15th Street West caller reported Thursday at 6:34 p.m. a man had passed out in a hallway.

An arrest was made today at 4:35 a.m. after callers at an 11th Street West business reported a man who appeared to be intoxicated. No further details were provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at 12:26 p.m. Thursday on Road 30 north of Hingham.

Jeffrey Lee Huntley of Box Elder, 52, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served to him at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 1:38 p.m.

Angelica Estler Cavtagena of Seattle, 26, was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief, vandalism, after a caller at the detention center Thursday at 8:45 p.m. asked for a deputy to investigate destroyed property.

Deputies today at 2:01 a.m. at the detention center investigated a drug offense.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday, and fire crews responded to a fire call on the 400 Block of 5th Street North at 6:30 Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats with sex listed as “unknown,” two medium-hair female cats, three medium-hair male cats, two female short-hair cats and one female long-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 22-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-1-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-old female border terrier-terrier cross, a 1-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, a 6-year-2-month-old male cocker spaniel and a 16-week-old male Australian shepherd.

Births

A girl was born Tuesday, May 15, 2018, to Marlayna Snow and Jacob Folk of Fort Belknap.
