Carrie Hofer, Chinook Golf

The 2018 Class C high school golf season certainly wasn't an easy one for Chinook senior standout Carrie Hofer. After all, Hofer didn't see a golf course until well into April. But that didn't stop her from earning Class C All-State honors at last week's Class C state tournament at Fairmont Hot Springs. Hofer shot rounds of 97 and 102 to finish sixth overall in the state tourney, helping the Sugarbeeters to a solid fourth-place finish. Hofer was also key in helping the Beeters place third her junior year. Hofer also excelled at volleyball and basketball for Chinook....
