Correction - Amtrak special meeting article

Several items were misreported in an article about Havre City Council meeting to talk about Amtrak destaffing its Havre station, including what a person said a man said about having not having ticket agents in Sandpoint, Idaho. The man said buying a ticket online cost him $232 but he was told it would cost $466 if he paid in cash at the train.

The last name of Jeff Dibblee was misspelled. Amtrak closing 18 stations is nationwide, not just in Montana.
