Tylanna Rochelle Adams of Havre, 21, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a caller at Boulevard Avenue and 16th Street West reported Friday at 9:38 a.m. a child in diapers was in the street, but no parents were around. Adams called at 10:48 a.m. Friday to report a missing 3-year-old child.

A caller at a First Street business reported Friday at 10:24 a.m. a vehicle had crashed into hers and the driver had left a note.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash between a white F-150 and a white SUV on First Street West Friday at 2:14 p.m.

Cole Phillip Wakefield of Havre, 31, was issued a summons Friday at 9:29 p.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Jaime Dawn The Boy of Havre, 41, was issued a summons Friday at 9:31 p.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A caller on Ninth Street reported a possible break in Saturday at 7:06 a.m.

A Ninth Street caller reported found property at 8:12 a.m. Saturday.

A caller on Ninth Street reported a theft at 11:14 a.m. Saturday.

Preston Wade Clark of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest and criminal mischief after a Second Street caller reported Saturday at 11:59 a.m. a man had broken one of the caller’s windows.

Brian Keith Azure of Havre, 47, was issued a summons on a charge of obscene phone call after a South Dell Drive caller reported Saturday at 7:33 p.m. a message sent to her daughter.

Sunday at 3:57 a.m. a First Street West business reported a theft of alcohol.

Acoya Nathan Chiefstick of Hays, 20, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and a charge of minor in possession after an officer initiated investigation in suspicious activity Sunday at 4:12 a.m. in an alley off Second Avenue.

A Second Street caller reported Sunday at 1:46 p.m. that tools had been stolen from the location.

Roy Joseph Mayer of Havre, 42, was issued a summons on a theft charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest establishment reported Sunday at 5:16 p.m. that customer said he was going home to get his wallet, but didn’t return.

Vincent Mark Alcorn of Havre, 46, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a Sunday 8:13 p.m. caller reported from a First Street business finding what he thought was meth.

Michelle Rose Jiron of Havre, 27, was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence Monday at 7:54 a.m. in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Kierra Jean Haggerty of Great Falls, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a Monday 7:17 p.m. vehicle stop on First Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Roger Dale Sutherland Jr. of Great Falls, 31, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop Friday at 2:39 p.m. on Main Street in Box Elder.

David Brian Gideon of Rudyard, 39, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a domestic disturbance was reported from Second Street Northwest in Rudyard Friday at 3:15 p.m.

Chase Erik Schmautz of Travis Air Force Base, Washington, 22, was arrested on charges of shoplifting, trespass to property, possession of drug paraphernalia and violations of conditions of release after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter Saturday at 5:44 p.m.

A sex offense was reported from Beaver Creek Park Saturday at 9:10 p.m.

A caller at Fresno Reservoir reported Sunday at 3:22 p.m. “something that someone saw in the water,” the dispatch log says.

A break-in was reported on Sixth Street North Sunday at 7:53 p.m.

Marion Elizabeth Williams of Havre, 58, was issued a summons Monday at 9:35 a.m. on charges of dog running at large, three counts, and vicious dog, two counts.

Deputies investigated an animal control call from the emergency room Monday at 11:15 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, three calls Saturday, four calls Sunday and five calls Monday.

Fire crews responded to a 4:09 p.m. Saturday call to the 1000 Block of Grant Avenue where a gas line to a house was hit while digging. HFD remained on standby while NorthWestern Energy performed a repair.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held three medium-hair cats and one short-hair cat with sex listed as “unknown,” one medium-hair female cat, three medium-hair male cats, two female short-hair cats and, one male short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 23-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-1-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 1-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross and an 18-week-old male Australian shepherd.

A boy was born Thursday, May 24, 2018, to Veronica Tangen and Weslyn Schilling of Harlem.
