Havre Police Department

Thursday at 9:27 a.m., a caller at a Seventh Street facility reported a possible break-in.

Manual Rigo Garcia of Harlem, 24, and Stacey Lynn Huntley of Box Elder, 24, were each issued a summons Thursday at 11:39 a.m. on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a First Street business reported a shoplifter.

A caller at a Ninth Avenue business reported Thursday at 3:39 p.m. medication and $40 cash was stolen.

--

Marvin Lee Cure of Box Elder, 40, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at Justice Court Thursday at 4:41 p.m.

--

A noninjury vehicle accident between a Camry and a minivan was reported at 5:09 p.m. Thursday at First Street and Fifth Avenue.

Weston Vickers of Cincinnati, Ohio, 23, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller reported a man sleeping outside a First Street West business.

James Austin Lease, of no known address, 20, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest, minor in possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, when an officers investigated suspicious activity on First Street this morning at 12:18.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An arrest was made after someone reported possible paraphernalia found on intake of a prisoner at Hill County Detention Center at 1:01 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held three medium-hair cats with sex listed as "unknown," three medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 25-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-1-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-1-month-old female border terrier-terrier cross, a 2-year-old shih-tzu, a 1-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever-Boston terrier cross, a 19-week-old male Australian shepherd and a 4-year-old female dachshung-chihuahua cross.

A girl was born Wednesday, June 6, 2018, to Makenzie and Kyle Gooch of Havre.
