Two Lincoln Avenue callers reported Tuesday at 11:40 a.m. that their dogs had been poisoned.

Christopher Allan Steiner of Havre, 33, was arrested on a federal warrant at the police station Tuesday at 12:20 p.m.

A summons was issued during a Tuesday 5:41 p.m. vehicle stop on 11th Street West, but no details were provided.

Wylie James Novak of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of minor in possession and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after several callers reported a disturbance with yelling and screaming on 10th Street at 7:49 p.m...
