Havre Police Department

Two Lincoln Avenue callers reported Tuesday at 11:40 a.m. that their dogs had been poisoned.

Christopher Allan Steiner of Havre, 33, was arrested on a federal warrant at the police station Tuesday at 12:20 p.m.

A summons was issued during a Tuesday 5:41 p.m. vehicle stop on 11th Street West, but no details were provided.

Wylie James Novak of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of minor in possession and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after several callers reported a disturbance with yelling and screaming on 10th Street at 7:49 p.m. Tueaday. Two other arrests were made, but no details were provided on those.

Three arrests were made during a vehicle stop on Sixth Street at 11:31 p.m. Tuesday, but no details were provided on the arrests.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Kyle Jay Rummel of Havre, 29, was arrested on 11 Justice or City court warrants at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 8:10 a.m.

Anthony Garren Azure of Havre, 20, was arrested on two state District Court warrants at the detention center Tuesday at 11:13 a.m.

Deputies investigated a drug offense at 12:41 p.m. Tuesday at the detention center.

Brandy Leian Stimson of Havre, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the detention center Tuesday at 3:31 p.m.

--

A caller reported several cows on U.S. Highway 87 at 8:33 p.m. Tuesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats with sex listed as "unknown," three medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 25-week-old male American Staffordshire Terrier, a 4-year-2-month-old female German shepherd-Labrador retriever cross, a 4-year-1-month-old female border terrier-terrier cross and a 20-week-old male Australian shepherd.
