A Monday 3:21 p.m. caller reported finding a debit card on Seventh Street on the side of the road.

Adelle Delaine Koop of Havre, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant while officers were assisting probation and parole Monday at 4:44 p.m. on Second Street.

A two-vehicle, non-injury crash between a Nissan Altima and a Ford SUV was reported on First Street Monday at 5:54 p.m.

Brandy Michelle Rorrer of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a charge of partner or Family member assault after requesting a civil standby Monday at 8:12 p.m. on Third Street.

Someone was issued a summons after a caller at 10th Avenue and Second Street reported Monday at 9:50 p.m. that a car almost hit her.

--

Two summonses were issued after a caller on First Street Northeast reported at 10:31 p.m. Monday a man wanted to turn himself in.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Teresa Angel Jiron of Havre, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 11:52 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Monday and two calls this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," four medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 12-week-old female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever cross, a 6-month-old male American Staffordshire terrier, a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 22-week-old female hound-Labrador retriever cross, a 22-week-old male Australian shepherd and a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever.
