A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a Seventh Avenue caller reported suspicious activity Tuesday at 7:45 a.m.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of motor vehicle theft and driving without a driver's license after a 7th Avenue caller reported a stolen vehicle Tuesday at 9:22 a.m.

Brandy Michell Stidham of Havre, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 11:56 a.m. Tuesday on Third Street.

Officers investigated a 2:17 p.m. report Tuesday of a cooler found on First Avenue.
