Havre Police Department

A First Street caller reported a man was causing a disturbance Friday at 11:14 a.m.

Officers were asked to assist another agency looking into a bad check at a First Street establishment Friday at 12:29 p.m.

--

Gary Louis Doney of Havre, 56, was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault and destruction of or tampering with a communication device after a caller asked Friday at 9:29 p.m. to have a man removed from an 8th Street residence.

--

Nicole Rose Big Leggins of Havre, 34, was arrested on a trespass to property charge, after a caller at a First Street establishment Saturday at 1:27 a.m. asked officers for help removing a woman.

--

Two arrests were made during a vehicle stop on First Street Saturday at 2:05 a.m., but details on the arrests were not listed in the dispatch log.

Pearl Jean Jackson of Harlem, 21, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and resisting arrest and on a Justice or City court warrant and Natasja Marie Talksdifferent of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, after a First Street Northeast caller reported a physical disturbance in progress at 3:40 a.m. Saturday.

An arrest was made Saturday after a caller at 4:39 a.m. reported a domestic disturbance in progress on First Street West, but no information was reported on the arrest.

Timothy Shawn Anderson of Havre, 28, was arrested Saturday at 8 a.m. on a charge of criminal contempt in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show violation.

Shane Thomas Wing of Fort Belknap, 46, was issued a summons on an open container charge after a First Street caller asked officers at 8:39 a.m. Saturday to check on a man who had been given a ride earlier and might need medical attention.

A Fifth Avenue caller reported Saturday at 12:21 p.m. the theft of a two-gallon tank.

Someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 2:05 p.m. to report a checkbook possibly stolen out of his car downtown.

Natasha Rose Lohman of Havre, 27, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a caller at a First Street business reported a 5-year-old alone in the store Saturday at 2:52 p.m.

A caller at 11th Street West and Assiniboine Avenue reported a vehicle crash Saturday at 6:06 p.m.

--

Michael Steven Schoening of Havre, 33, was issued a summons Saturday at 8:03 p.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 sobriety Program violation.

Roy Joseph Mayer of Havre, 42, was issued a summons on a theft charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported Saturday at 8:14 p.m. a man walked out without paying.

Theodore Edward Bear of Great Falls, 33, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, wrong way driving, probation violation, parking violation and careless driving, failure to drive careful and prudent after someone on First Street flagged down an officer with a complaint Saturday at 8:32 p.m.

A caller on Lincoln Avenue reported an erratic driver Sunday at 4:39 a.m.

Two arrests were made during a vehicle stop on 17th Street West Sunday at 4:50 a.m., but no details were provided on the arrests.

A caller at a First Street business reported Sunday at 9 p.m. finding a bag of marijuana and paraphernalia.

A dog bite was reported on Spruce Drive Sunday at 9:16 p.m.

A gas drive-off was reported at an 11th Street West business Sunday at 11:09 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Christopher Quinn Brown of Box Elder, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 7:14 p.m.

Melanie Rose Talksdifferent of Harlem, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East Saturday at 1:35 p.m.

--

Alexis Rose Flansburg or Havre, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the detention center Saturday at 4:01 p.m.

--

Deputies investigated a complaint from a U.S. Highway 2 East caller Saturday at 5:32 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, four Saturday, three Sunday and one this morning.

--

Firefighters responded to a hay stack fire on the 39000 Block on Highway 2 East in an assist to the Blaine County Volunteer Fire Department.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," four medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat, one male short-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 13-week-old female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever cross, a 1-year-6-month-old female Australian shepherd, a 22-week-old female hound-Labrador retriever cross, a 23-week-old male Australian shepherd and a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever.
