Natalee Faupel headed for pro ball in Denmark

Former Montana State University-Northern star Natalee Faupel has signed a contract to play professional basketball in Europe. Faupel finished her incredible four-year career in Northern in 2017, as the Skylight's all-time leading scorer and a two-time NAIA First-Team All-American. Faupel will play professional basketball for a team in Denmark.

Natalee Faupel had one of the most remarkable careers in Montana State University-Northern women's basketball history.

After all, she's the Skylight's all-time leading scorer.

Now, a year removed from college basketball, Faupel is taking a shot at a professional career.

According to MSU-N head coach Chris Mouat, Faupel has signed a contract to play professionally in Denmark.

Faupel, a Butte native and former two-time, first team NAIA All-American, will depart for Denmark in August. Her new team, Lemvig Basket, is located in Lemvig, Denmark. They finished in fifth place in the 2017-201...
