Havre Police Department

A Second Street business owner reported Monday at 8:30 a.m. having video footage of a break-in.

Monday at 9:08 a.m., a caller reported a man stole a pickup truck from a First Street Northeast residence.

A caller reported at 10 a.m. Monday someone had vandalized a picnic table at US Bank Park.

--

A 1995 Chevy pickup truck was reported Monday 10:38 a.m. stolen from a Third Street West residence.

--

Two speakers and an amp were reported at 10:59 a.m. Monday stolen from a vehicle parked near the a Second Avenue apartment complex.

A caller at a First Street business reported a stalker at 2:34 p.m. Monday.

Monday at 6:04 p.m., a caller at a First Street West establishment reported a phone was stolen.

A summons was issued for violations related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program remote breath program. No details on the summons were provided.

A First Street West caller reported Monday at 10:10 p.m. that he was taking a man he had found tipped over on a motorcycle to the hospital.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report of vandalism Monday at 8:09 a.m. on Seventh Street East in Gildford. No other details were provided.

Deputies investigated a report of theft, forgery or fraud Monday at 3:41 p.m. at Hill County Sheriff's Office. No other details were provided.

Sean S. Mosher of Box Elder, 29, was arrested on a charge of theft and a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 6:13 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Matice David Hawley of Harlem, 22, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia early this morning at 12:48 on Highway 87 Mile Marker 94, after deputies were asked to assist a citizen.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday and one today.

Firefighters responded Monday at 6:47 p.m. to a report of a fire on the 10 Block of Cypress Avenue. Gasoline was being moved on a boat and a spark caused a fire that damaged some seating on the boat. No one was hurt.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," four medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat, five female short-hair cats and one male short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 2-year-old female hound, a 2-year-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, 1-year-old male spaniel-pit bull terrier cross, a 9-month-old female pit bull terrier, a 3-year-old male Labrador retriever and a 1-year-old great Pyrenees.
