Letter to the Editor

Upon reading “We Are Not Pocahontas” in the July 10 edition of the Havre Daily News, my initial reaction was, “What a great letter to the editor.” But that would be an understatement.

Suffice it to say that if all political discourse could be so thoughtful and articulate, we would not find ourselves where we are today. And it cannot all be laid at Trump’s doorstep.

Incivility has been an ever-increasing issue for a long, long time. Trump is just its latest and most egregious manifestation.
