Thomas Walter Anderson III of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on two counts of assault in Havre at 12:43 p.m. Thursday.

A caller at the hospital reported Thursday at 2:15 p.m. a sex offense.

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 2:26 p.m. to speak to an officer about an assault.

Two arrests were made following a domestic disturbance report from a Fifth Avenue residence Thursday at 2:55 p.m.

A vehicle crash was reported Thursday at 5:11 p.m. on First Street West.

Jamieson Russette of Box Elder, 22, was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault, after a First Street Northeast caller reported a domestic disturbance at 5:57 p.m.

Jacob James Bauer of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after a 15th Avenue caller reported a noise complaint Thursday at 11:35 p.m.

Two 16-year-olds were issued summonses, one on charges of trespass to vehicles, theft of belonging from vehicles, juvenile curfew violations and reckless driving and the other on charges of trespass to vehicles, theft of belonging from vehicles and juvenile curfew violations, after an 11th Street caller reported suspicious activity Thursday at 11:54 p.m.

Officers offered assistance to another agency after a caller on U.S. Highway 2 reported a physical disturbance in progress today at 12:33 a.m.

Kayla Lucille Hawley of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container in city and Amber Rose Hawley of Helena, 27, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct,

trespass to property, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs, after a caller on 11th Street West reported at 2:51 this morning two intoxicated women banging on the window of his residence.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A caller reported Thursday at 11:12 p.m. that someone at a U.S. Highway 2 West business hit a vehicle with a cart.

An arrest was made after a caller on U.S. Highway 2 reported a physical disturbance in progress today at 12:33 a.m. No details on the charges were provided.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as “unknown,” two medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat and four female short-hair cats.

The shelter also held this morning a 2-year-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, an 8-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever, a 14-week-old male shepherd, 1-year-old female spaniel-pit bull terrier cross, a 2-year-old male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross, a 9-month-old female pit bull terrier and a 3-year-1-month-old male Labrador retriever.

Births

A boy was born Wednesday, July 25, to Stephanie and James Albertson of Havre.
